Transportation:
- Pick-ups are made 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the excursion. Pickup out the metropolitan area has an extra charge depending on where you are staying.
- Be considerate of everyone’s time, arrive at the time agreed upon in the reservation and do not arrive late. The guide only waits 10 minutes at each pick-up stop.
Suggestions:
- Wear comfortable and cool clothing.
- Closed footwear with good traction for walking on rocks and dry easily.
- Natural Sunscreen
- Additional clothing and footwear, to be able to change after the activity. Don’t leave the towel.
- Eat well before being picked up and bring cash in case you need or want to shop along the way.
Cancellation Policy
It depends on the tour booked. We generally ofer full refunds if canceled at least 72 hours in advance, and 50% if canceled between 71 and 48 hours in advance. For late cancellations (47 hours or less), there are no refunds; depending on the reason, a credit may be applied.
