  • Pick-ups are made 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the excursion. Pickup out the metropolitan area has an extra charge depending on where you are staying.
  • Be considerate of everyone’s time, arrive at the time agreed upon in the reservation and do not arrive late. The guide only waits 10 minutes at each pick-up stop.

  • Wear comfortable and cool clothing.
  • Closed footwear with good traction for walking on rocks and dry easily.
  • Natural Sunscreen
  • Additional clothing and footwear, to be able to change after the activity. Don’t leave the towel.
  • Eat well before being picked up and bring cash in case you need or want to shop along the way.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
