We offer a program and/or activities where "Experiential Learning" is conveyed through workshops, challenges, and/or group dynamics.

Teamwork

"Teamwork" is based on optimizing the ideas, energy, and resources in each member's mind, utilizing radiant thoughts through fun-filled activities, both in classrooms and outdoors. Team members learn to work together, utilizing available resources, and focusing on achieving their common goals.

Safety

“Teambuilding” goes beyond a simple field trip, a hotel stay, a game day, or simply sharing among employees. “Teambuilding” is the integration of a workforce where a group of people are involved in becoming an effective team and thus maintaining their effectiveness. Our program fully focuses on the mental and/or muscular utilization of participants, who recognize or rediscover their abilities, always taking into account the "Challenge by Choice" policy.

Collective Development

We facilitate a process of collective development using non-traditional methods and a positive learning environment, presenting clear objectives, learning resources (based on scenarios), emotional and intellectual assessments, reflective processes, and the search for meaning in the experiences lived during the program and/or activity.

The program is based on experiences, challenges, and/or adventures, offering a range of activities designed to develop the skills a company and/or team needs to be successful.

Facilitate and streamline the development process for teambuilding activities and sections, which can be integrated into workshops and/or group training.

Among the activities and ideas we develop are: Teambuilding, Treasure Hunt (using GPS), Rope Courses, Team Races, Recreational Events, Adventure Excursions, among others.

The program and/or activities can be developed in completely natural outdoor areas (forest, open field or beach), as in a conference room (school, company, hotel or activity center) or any other previously planned place.
